The storefront sells licensed digital overlay access.
These terms are written to keep the beta simple: explain what the buyer gets, what the business supports, and where responsibility shifts to the creator's own tools and platforms.
What the purchase grants
A successful purchase grants access to the specific digital overlay product bought through the storefront. Access is delivered through the buyer's library and account-linked purchase records.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or assets and does not grant redistribution rights.
What the buyer is responsible for
The buyer is responsible for maintaining a supported OBS Studio and Streamer.bot setup, following the documented requirements, and protecting access to their own account and streaming tools.
The buyer is also responsible for ensuring their use of the overlay complies with the terms of the streaming platforms they use.
Restrictions and limits
You may not resell, repackage, publicly redistribute, or falsely claim authorship of the overlay products sold through the storefront.
Support is limited to the documented beta workflow and does not include custom engineering work unless separately agreed in writing.
