What support covers
Support covers product selection, access issues after payment, browser-source setup, first-run configuration, and documented overlay behavior in the supported workflow.
Support does not include custom integration work, bespoke theme design, debugging unrelated Streamer.bot actions, or recovering from unsupported third-party modifications to the overlay runtime.
Business and sponsor requests
Business inbox requests can include creator collaborations, sponsor campaigns, affiliate conversations, and partnership proposals related to the Rahul Plays brand or overlay catalog.

Best way to get help fast
Before contacting support, confirm which overlay you bought, whether OBS Studio is installed, whether Streamer.bot is reachable on the expected WebSocket host and port, and which live platform you are routing through.
