Privacy

Only the data needed for accounts, purchases, and support is stored.

The storefront is built to keep the overlay runtime local where possible and to avoid storing Streamer.bot secrets inside the product workflow.

What information is collected

The storefront stores the information needed to create an account, record purchases, and map overlay ownership to the correct user. That includes your name, email address, password hash, purchased products, and payment reference data.

Support conversations may also include troubleshooting details that you voluntarily share while asking for help.

What stays out of the database

Streamer.bot password values are not stored in the database, not saved as part of normal overlay customization, and not embedded in the generated browser-source URLs.

Most runtime configuration stays in the browser or inside the URL hash used for the OBS source, which reduces the amount of sensitive operational data sent back to the storefront.

Third-party services

Payments are processed through Razorpay. The storefront also uses account and database infrastructure to store users and order records needed for delivery.
